Finding Your Way Forward 2025
Discovering the wisdom within and thrive in a changing world. Plus a mindful approach to work with your mindset and navigating challenges.

Many souls are seeking an answer to the chaos and confusion in the world today, but fear not, since things must get worse before they get better. I need you to be in perfect inner peace: you will find it if you let your mind rest on Me and elevate your consciousness by seeing only the better side of things. You must remain unaffected by the disease otherwise you too will be infected with it and cannot be of any help. See in everything My hand, and visualize the birth of the new heaven and the new Earth. ~Eileen Caddy
As we step into the unprecedented territory of 2025, numerous inquiries and concerns from this community and beyond have reached out, seeking guidance on navigating the complexity of challenges ahead.
Your questions on topics ranging from coping with uncertainty, negativity in a group, and change to cultivating resilience and inner strength have resonated deeply with me. Moving into this new chapter, we all crave clarity, purpose, and connection.
For me, when it comes to challenges, I begin the journey with self-awareness and look inward. It meant listening to my heartbeat, tuning into my intuition, and exploring my deepest values and desires. It’s not always easy - sometimes, the world’s noise seemed louder than my inner voice.
But I’ve developed a stronger sense of inner guidance by choosing patience, practice, creating reminders in post-it notes, and self-compassion. I learned to trust my instincts, honor my emotions, and stay grounded amid uncertainty. In the face of uncertainty, I focus on the one thing I can control: my inner world.
Strengthening our inner compass is not a one-time achievement, but a continuous process. It requires commitment, self-awareness, and a willingness to listen to our inner wisdom.
How I help myself on a daily basis.
The Sticky Notes Method: A mindful approach to work with your mindset to create a positive change
I’m visual, therefore, I need to see things that remind me to stay in the present moment awareness. I’ve developed a simple yet powerful technique I would like to share with you: the Sticky Notes Method. I first saw this in the TV series Being Mary Jane with Gabrielle Union. Throughout the series, she delivered powerful and inspirational quotes as a reminder of her inner strength. I adopted this method but took it further, incorporating specific sticky note colors and dividing the human body into three parts: lower, middle, and upper body. This method has worked for me for many years. You can create phrases that resonate with you. You can add these sticky notes anywhere to remind yourself of your inner power.

This method involves dividing your body into three parts: lower, middle, and upper. Each section corresponds to a specific colored-coded sticky note:
Green (Lower Body): Grounding - Connecting with mother earth, stability, and strength. Phrases like “From the earth I rise” or “My roots are strong” help me feel anchored. By acknowledging and releasing any blockages or tension in this area, we can cultivate a sense of calm and connection to our physical body.
Yellow (Middle Body): Empowerment - Embracing confidence, resilience, and inner light like the sun. Phrases like “I’m not my circumstances” or “I have the power to choose” inspire me to take control. Our core and center is the home to emotions tied to personal power, self-esteem, and creativity. Honoring and nurturing this region allows us to tap into our inner strength, confidence, and inspiration.
Blue (Upper Body): Serenity - Cultivating peace, calmness, and clarity like the blue sky. Phrases like “I breathe in, I’m aware of my in breath, I breathe out, I’m aware of my out breath” or “All is well right here and now” soothe my mind and heart. Our heart and mind, hold emotions linked to love, compassion, and mental clarity. By listening to the whispers of our heart and mind we can cultivate empathy, understanding, and deeper sense of connection to ourselves and others.
Putting it into practice
By placing these colorful sticky notes in different areas in your space, we are reminded through the day to focus on the present moment. I place them in the bathroom, kitchen, desk and in the car. Most importantly, place them in a spot where they’re the FIRST thing you see when you open your eyes in the morning. Retraining our brain toward positive thinking is a powerful process. By using cognitive behavioral affirmations, we can literally rewire our brain’s patterns, replacing negative thoughts with empowering ones.
Use your breath to calm your mind and align yourself
Take three deep breath, glance at the relevant sticky note you have created, and repeat the corresponding phrase three times. This simple yet effective technique helps me stay focus, grounded, empowered, and serene, even in the midst of uncertainty.
Once you get the hang of it, you can use different color sticky note that resonates with you. For example, sometimes I use red and pink for matters of the heart. Regularly checking in and creating a word or a phrase with each of these three parts of our body we become more whole, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and grace.
What I’m reflecting on
“We are not victims of the external world but creative beings!”
“When you become disturbed and lose your peace of mind because another is attempting to solve his problems through fantasy, you are refusing to forgive yourself for just this same attempt.”1
If we ALLOW someone to disturb our inner peace, we judge their behavior as conflicting with our values or expectations. However, in that moment of judgment, we unconsciously acknowledge that we possess the capacity for similar behavior.
We recognize that the same patterns, emotions, or reactions we see in others also reside within us. This can be a profound realization, highlighting the interconnectedness of our human experiences.
By acknowledging and accepting this shared humanity, we can release the need to judge or react to others. Instead, we can observe their behavior with compassion and understanding, recognizing that we can grow, learn, and evolve.
All problems arise from the shadow of our past, where unresolved memories and unhealed wounds continue to influence our perceptions. We must anchor ourselves in the present moment to break free from this cycle, where the power to transform and resolve all challenges lies.
The present moment is our true home, the essence of our being. It is a place where love, unity, and abundance reside. Yet, we often find ourselves lost in dreams of unhappiness, separation, and scarcity. These dreams are illusions born from our unresolved past.
To awaken, we need the support and guidance of others. Together, we can shatter the illusion that binds us and rediscover our true essence. As we awaken, we’ll find that the present moment holds the key to resolving all problems, healing all wounds, and unlocking our full potential.
Embracing the power of the present moment
BE HERE AND NOW.
Begin each day by journaling your gratitude and intentions to set a positive tone.
End your day by journaling how you showed up for yourself and others. What do you need to improve.
Resolve today’s issues (stop projecting), rather than assuming they’ll lead to future problems.
Focus on cultivating a positive mindset, shifting your attention and energy from fear to purpose and compassion.
Visualize the change you wish to see in the world, and align your thoughts and actions with this vision.
Practice self-awareness through the post-it notes method, meditation, qigong, yoga, or other mindfulness disciplines.
Nurture your connections with loved ones, friends, and community, recognizing the value of supportive relationships.
Observe your environment with fresh eyes, appreciating the beauty and wonder that surrounds you.
By embracing these practices, you’ll become a catalyst for positive change in your life and the world around you.
Only loving thoughts are timeless and real. Fear and hatred-based thoughts are fleeting and ever-changing. When we bring these fearful thoughts alongside loving ones, it becomes clear that they’re meant to be released (this is forgiveness).
Remember, the “PRESENT MOMENT” is all we truly have - let’s harness its power to create a brighter, more compassionate future.
Thank you.
May the flow be with you now and always! 🙏🏽
With love,
Yoli
