Beautiful description of your bond with God and nature, which guides you into the healthiest mindset for life. I thankfully feel that bond also which brings peace and tranquility. Thank you for the heartwarming writings. ❤️🙏
Thank you for this Yolanda. I’ve gotten better at returning to my breath or to birdsong on my walks but I haven’t really developed mindscapes. I’ll return to your post when I can devote some time to try.
Wonderful to return to your breath or to birdsong on your walks, Eileen. When you decide to try mindscapes, please write to me about your experience. Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏽
And the focus of your post reinforced the message I shared in my newsletter this week…We may not be able to change the world, but w we can be A Change in the world. In fact our thoughts and actions change our worlds every day.
I love this so much, Yoli! And I couldn't agree more. From where I am standing, and from where my heart is shining, I see a loving future - and I am so glad that you do, too. Thanks so much for this beautiful essay. Wishing you a wonder-filled day!
Thank you Yolanda. I also have such a special place and it is deeply enriching. Thank you for your beautiful words. My hope each day is to do as you say..."I can be myself without pretenses".🙏🏼
Wonderful to hear, Ian! For me, being in Substack is a way of totally being myself without pretenses. I’ve shared all of me and continue to unfold my world in my writing. I don’t care so much about writing correctly or making sense, I write to explore my own life, to share with those who vibe with me. Each week, I listen to what I need to write, what is most important in the moment. Here I feel connected to the community I’ve created. It’s a weekly process of immersion in the natural world and day to day activities.
It’s a lot for someone who was once afraid of expressing her world, because of being judged. I’m no longer afraid. I’m compassionate with my own evolution.
Thank you for being here, for your meditations and gentle ways. It’s a blessing to have met you here in Substack. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️
This made me want to curl up under my own imaginary tree and let the inner ocean breathe again.
The Tree of Longing feels like a tide we forgot we belong to: soft, strong, and pulling us home.
Thank you for this beautifully still world. 🌊🌳💙
Hi Dea! Thank you for being here. So happy to know you have created your own imaginary tree and the beautiful description. 🙏🏽 🌳
