Letting Everything Breathe Within the Luminous Sanctuary of Your Heart
When we let everything breathe from within our heart, we unconditionally trust the Divine and allow grace to do its thing.

Pause… take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out your mouth.
How’s your heart doing today?
It has been one of those weeks when chaos and solidarity united to bring a personal friend to the light. She was trapped in a toxic relationship, but with support, she found the courage to escape. Life’s challenges can push us to the edge, but it’s often the catalyst we need to transform our lives. As St. Teresa of Avila said, “Divine chaos is also divine order.” We create chaos to create a spiritual blackout. Some people lose direction because of severe stress, trauma, and fear. At the lowest point, they seek guidance from something deeper—answers not from a human but from the Divine. Inner work is not about finding perfection but about recognizing how we lose power and how to respond to a specific situation. Sometimes, we feel alone in our pain and suffering, but we’re not. The Divine is always with us, even in darkness.
During our monthly women’s group, my intuition guided me to craft a space of solace that transcended my usual experiences. I’ve learned there are no mistakes when we listen to the soul’s whispers. I was guided to a radiant sanctuary in our heart, an illuminated house where everything is breathed and infused with light and meaning. There resides a pearl of wisdom not mentally known but a wisdom that heals, grows, and does so from a place of love.
Breathing with the Divine
Breathing with the Divine is all about embracing the guidance that flows from the deepest truths of our hearts. It invites us to deeply listen to the whispers of life, signaling a pivotal moment as we step into our next chapter.
Make room for every experience life offers, allowing them to find their place within you in the bright, welcoming house of your heart. Here, let your worries and disappointments rest and be embraced by warmth, where the gentle light of wisdom can shine upon them, illuminating and transforming them into something new.
When we let everything breathe from within our heart, we unconditionally trust the Divine and allow grace to do its thing. You cannot rush your own transformation; it takes time for the metamorphosis to happen.
In order to live fully we may need to look deeply at our own suffering and at the suffering of others. In the depths of every wound we have survived is the strength we need to live. The wisdom our wounds can offer us is a place of refuge. Finding this is not for the faint of heart. But then, neither is life. ~Rachel Naomi Remen
